If you made personal sales of £2000 in a four-week period (approximately 40 sales = 40 hours work) you would be paid as follows:

£500 at 15% = £75.00

£1000 at 17% = £170.00

£500 at 20% = £100.00

If you made personal sales of £1000 and your team made sales of £1000 in a four-week period you would be paid as follows:

Payments will be made via BACS at the end of every four-week period.
