Preparation Instructions:

Microwave: Place on a heatproof dish upside down and microwave on full power for 2 - 3 mins.  Stand for 30 seconds.

Oven: Remove from packaging and place in an ovenproof dish .  Heat in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 15 - 20 minutes.
