Wild Pacific Salmon Fillet

Prime fillet of Wild Pacific Salmon, skinless and de-boned.

MSC Certified. Large fillet size and air-blast frozen individual fillets to guarantee 'just caught' freshness.

Wild Pacific salmon has a darker flesh colour than farmed and is less oily. It is also not fed on chemical feed or antibiotics.

Pack size is 4 x 220g fillets.

Preparation Instructions: Time = 10 - 30 mins

Oven: Cook from frozen. Bake in preheated oven at 220C, Gas 7 for 20-25 mins

Microwave: Cook from frozen. Heat on full power for 4 mins.

Steam: Cook from frozen. Steam for 15 mins

Serve with saute potatoes and mediterannean vegetables.
