Preparation Instructions:

Microwave (1100 watt): Pierce lid, heat on a low setting until defrosted (approximately 5 mins).  Heat on full power for 2 - 4 minutes until piping hot. 

Oven: Decant into an oven-proof dish.  Heat in a preheated oven at 200c/400F/Gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.
