Each box contains 10 individually portioned ready prepared gourmet lamb meals:

2 x Lamb Shank in Red Wine & Rosemary (500g) - Generous hind lamb shank braised in it's own juices and smothered in a smooth rich, red wine sauce.

2 x Lamb Rogan Josh (300g) - Tender pieces of prime lamb marinated and cooked in a rich tomato and herb sauce with tomatoes, onions and red peppers.

2 x lamb stupendous(510g) - Tender, hand-cut, diced leg of lamb chunky veg and a dumpling

2 x Rosemary & Garlic Marinated Lamb Chump (250g)  - Tender Grade A Lamb chump steak marinated in rosemary & garlic.

 
2 x Lamb Shank in Mint Gravy (550g) - A large tender premium quality lamb shank slow roasted in it's own juices and a delicious mint and onion gravy.

Instructions:

Lamb Shank in Red Wine: Cook from frozen.  Place in boiling water for 40 - 45 minutes.

Lamb Rogan Josh: Cook from frozen. Oven bake at 200C for 20 - 25 minutes.  Microwave on full power for 4 - 6 minutes.

Glastonbury Lamb: Cook from frozen.  Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes.

Marinated Lamb Chump: Cook from frozen.  Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes. Oven bake at 200C for 25 - 30 minutes.  Microwave on full power for 4 - 6 minutes.
