Instructions:

Cod lime and ginger fish cakes- Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 25 mins.

Cod Loins Basil & Parmesan - Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 25 mins.

Monkfish kebabs - Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 25 mins.

Sword fish supremes - Cook from frozen. Place in a pre-heated grill, brush with oil and grill until cooked.

Salmon Supremes with lemon and tarragon- Cook from frozen. Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes.
