Instructions:

Salmon & Dill Fishcakes - Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 25 mins.

Cod Loins Basil & Parmesan - Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 25 mins.

Plaice Stuffed with Prawn & Mushroom - Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 25 mins.

Luxury Cumberland Fish Pie - Cook from frozen. Place in a pre-heated oven at 200C and cook for 25 - 30 mins.

Salmon Supremes with Orange & Cranberry - Cook from frozen. Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes.
