5 x Pressed Cry Cure Ham  and fig butter, on sliced white bread.

5 x Salmon Tartare on Rye bread.

5 x Trout eggs on a bed of cheese with lemon and cucumber on sliced black bread.

5 x Goats milk cheese with spices, pecan nuts and tomato on sliced Walnut bread.

5 x Smoked salmon chiffonade on polar bread.

5 x Smoked trout cheese and crab, on mini blinis.

5 x Shredded druck fillet, melon and onion jam on sliced black bread.
