Each Canape pack contains:

5 x chiffonnade of smoked salmon with a lemon and chive cream cheese on rhy bread. 

5 x goose liver and caramalised apples on a crisp bread. 

5 x duck breast with an apricot, prune and pistachio topping on wholemeal toast. 

5 x cheese with smoked trout, cucumber and trout eggs on brown toast. 

5 x a fletan and piperade of bell peppers with chives on focaccia bread.

5 x  a fig and pistachio butter topped with olives, ham and walnuts on a crisp bread.

5 x a crevette cheese and basil mouse with a shrimp tail on a crisp white bread

5 x creamy goats cheese severed with a pecan nut on a walnut bread.
