Preparation:

Smoked Salmon Pate: Thaw for 1 - 2 hours and serve.

Asparagus & Gruyere Tart: Place in a pre-heated oven at 200C and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

Beef Wellington: Place in a pre-heated oven at 180C and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.

Chicken Supreme: Microwave: Pierce packaging and heat on full power for 6 - 8 minutes.  Stove Top: Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.

Long Grain Rice: Microwave on full power for 1 minute.

Asparagus: Microwave on full power for 2 - 3 minutes.  Steam for 3 - 5 minutes.

Chocolate Pudding: Microwave on full power for 2 - 3 minutes.  Steam for 10 - 12 minutes.

Woodland Fruit Cheesecake: Thaw for 1 - 2 hours and serve.
