Preparation:

Coquille St Jacques: Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 20 - 25 minutes. Microwave on full power for 3 - 4 minutes.

Goats Cheese Tart: Microwave on full power for 2 - 3 minutes.  Oven bake in a pre heated oven at 200C for 15 - 20 minutes.

Mushroom, Brie Wellington: Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 25 - 30 minutes.

Salmon in Orange & Cranberry: Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.

Lemon Sorbet: Remove from freezer, stand for 2 - 3 minutes and serve.

Baileys Cheesecake: Thaw at room temperature for 1 - 2 hours and serve.
