Preparation:

Smoked Salmon Pate: Thaw for 1 - 2 hours and serve.

Goats Cheese Tart: Microwave: Heat for 2 - 3 minutes on full power. Oven bake: Place in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 15 - 20 minutes.

Stuffed Chicken Supreme: Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes.

Aberdeen Angus: Place pouch in boiling water and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes.

Passionfruit Bavarois: Thaw for 1 - 2 hours and serve.

Lemon & Ginger Cheesecake: Thaw for 1 - 2 hours and serve.
