Preparation Guidelines:

Starter:   5 minutessimply bake or grill in its own pot and serve (couldnt be easier).

Main Course: Oven Bake in a heatproof dish in a preheated oven ay 200C  for 15 - 20 mins.  Microwave on full power for 4 - 6 minutes.  Stove Top - place in boiling water and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.

Dessert: Thaw & Serve
