 This really is the king of burgers, superb grilled on the barbie, and served in a sesame bap with some cheese , tomato and green leaves, or just plain to get the real flavour of the Angus beef.

If it rains (ha ha) just grill them indoors, turning occasionally, and treat the kids to a few oven chips.....or even better some nice crisp salad
