Prime Grade A Free Range Rib Eye Steak. Hung for at least 21 days for premium flavour and texture.  Locally produced in Devon. Butchered to order, individually packed and air blast frozen.

Each steak is 4oz (120g)

Preparation Instructions:

Time = 5 - 10 mins

BBQ: Place on BBQ (medium-high heat) and turn every few minutes for 6 - 10 minutes according to taste (rare, medium or well-done).

Grill: Brush with vegetable oil and place under medium-hot grill for 6 - 10 mins according to taste (rare, medium or well-done).

Pan-fry: Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil and add steak, pan-fry on high heat for 4 - 8 mins depending on taste (rare, medium or well done)
